Receptionists

Responsibilities include client relations, scheduling appointments, answering phones, setting up new clients/patients, preparation and maintenance of medical records, admitting and discharging patients, filling some prescriptions, over the counter sales, mailings, computer operations, financial transactions, filing, and front office reception area maintenance.  Receptionist will assume the responsibility for acquiring the medical and legal information necessary for the performance of their duties and are also expected to be able to perform multiple tasks.

Veterinary Technicians

Licensed RVT preferred.  Technicians are responsible for hospital maintenance, assisting the doctors, laboratory procedures, radiology, client communications, medical procedures, pharmacy, operations and maintenance of instruments and equipment, inventory, daily treatment of hospitalized patients, rehabilitation, assisting in the operating room and maintenance of the OSHA and Hazardous Materials programs.

Veterinary Assistant

Ward personnel are responsible for keeping the hospital clean, animal handling, bathing, cleaning, feeding, laundry, waste disposal and running lab work.

Veterinarians

We are looking for a small or mixed animal veterinarian to join our 2 doctor mixed animal team. I know some of you are interested in other species too. We are very flexible!
